The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) FUTURE conference brings together medical students and residents from across the nation with family medicine leaders, residency programs and potential employers for three days of learning, networking + celebration.
The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) Foundation offers reimbursement of up to $800 for registration, travel and lodging expenses to attend FUTURE—made possible by generous donors and MAFP members.
The University of Minnesota Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is providing a charter bus for students and residents traveling from Minnesota to FUTURE (at no cost). The bus will leave on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and return on Saturday, August 1, 2026. By taking the charter bus, you can focus your financial support on hotel and registration expenses and have more time to make connections.
