Resolution submissions for the 2025 Resolution Forum will open by November 2024.

Resolutions are due by January 30, 2026, for the 2026 Resolution Forum.

Resolutions will only be accepted through the form below. You will not be able to save this form and return to it later, nor make changes after it has been submitted.

Reminders Before You Submit

Review and utilize the resolution writing tips to aid in writing your resolution.
Be sure to use clear, concise language.
Be as specific as possible about the desired action(s) you want the MAFP to take. (Reach out for assistance if you want or need help clarifying your goal/desired outcome.)
Provide all information as it should be presented to members.
